Dinosaurs in Greeley
If you’re looking for an exciting adventure for the entire family, you don’t have to go back to the prehistoric ages to find it. Journey through the time dinosaurs roamed the Earth at Jurassic Quest December 30th through January 1st at Island Grove Regional Park in Greeley.
The exhibits at Jurassic Quest in Greeley Colorado will thrill and excite everyone in the family with over 50 life-size dinosaurs that you can interact with and even ride. Spend an hour or all day at the exhibit and discover how these incredible creatures roamed the Earth, what happened to them, and how paleontologists are piecing together the lives they led.
There are so many things to do when you visit starting with an interactive tour that will take you on a guided exploration to the world that existed 65 million years ago, and give you a up-close look at the dinosaurs that roamed the Earth.
Get an up-close look at dinosaurs walking (yes, walking) through the exhibit hall throughout the day and give them a pat or snap a photo with one of the many animatronic prehistoric creatures.
Dinosaur Fun For All Ages
For younger children, there are several inflatable mazes, face painting, dinosaur crafts and the “Dino Bounce” for kids to enjoy. The dino rides give kids the chance to hop on one of five moving dinosaurs and feel like the ultimate adventurer. The kiddos can even put on their discovery hats and dig up dinosaur fossils with tools paleontologists use to excavate bones all over the world.
At the craft table, your child can create their own paper dinosaur with a variety of items including glitter, stickers, paint, or markers or if they prefer, just create their own colorful creature with one of several coloring pages.
The rides are best suited for kids ages 3-12 or less than 140 pounds. If you have younger children, they’ll enjoy some rides and inflatable activities suited just for them.
Come back as much as you want throughout the day with your paid ticket. We just ask that you get your hand stamped before you leave to be re-admitted but trust us, leaving this world of wonder and adventure will be hard to do.
